1-on-1 training

2 sessions a week for a month

$90 per session for a total of $720

3 sessions a week for a month

$85 per session for a total $1,020

2-on-1

8 sessions at $50 a session per person for a total of $400 per person

Partner training is a great option if you or a friend or partner need help staying accountable. Being able to share this experience with a partner can help keep you motivated to reach your goals. Also with this option, it allows your training to go even further since you and your partner will be splitting the cost, allowing for a longer program. 2-on-1 training comes with all the the benefits of 1-on-1 training programs.
